Greatest American Dog Trainers and The Den

Can’t speak highly enough about The Den. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and intentional in all that they do. The facility is extremely clean with several large well designed play areas. They also have an in-house groomer who is wonderful, making it incredibly convenient. Not to mention an extensive retail space with everything to meet your dog’s needs. Our dog is at The Den 4 days a week and absolutely loves it! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone in the Edmond area looking for daycare, boarding, training and grooming. Just great people who genuinely love what they do!

Amazing place with a very fresh and unique concept. Playroom rotation along with stimulation play time makes this the only facility I have ever come across that is truly worth having your dogs stay at! They offer boarding, grooming, and daycare, making it uber convenient to me as a pet parent. It's very homey and quaint with an attentive staff that are legitimately trained in all things dog related. I actually feel safe leaving my baby in their care. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

We were recommended to reach out to Travis from Stephanie at Bark of The Town. Our dog, Moby, is a Great Pyrenees, so it’s in his DNA to protect. He started to get crazy over the delivery drivers at BOTT and also super protective of me while I was pregnant which could sometimes lead to aggressive behavior. In our first session with Travis, he not only explained Moby’s why and thought process but also gave us effective training tips to implement. Within just a few days of implementing those, we saw progress with Moby! After I had my baby, we met with Travis again to see what else we could do. While Moby was boarded at BOTT for a week, Travis had Steve (one of his trainers) work with Moby for one hour a day. When we met with Steve after we got back from our trip, we couldn’t believe the progress that was made! Moby is now responding when we call his name, will go on his cot when we say “place”, and won’t get off until we say “free”. Obviously it is not perfect every time, but it is a HUGE difference! Both Steve and Travis are super knowledgeable and personable. We never would have thought Moby would respond so well to training. Travis is the best in the business! If you are absolutely distraught with your dogs behavior and don’t know what to do, reach out to Travis! Him and Steve’s training has drastically improved our lives. We are so excited to continue to work with them!

Travis is THE best. I took my dog to him in April, hoping to address some of her behavioral issues. Turns out, I was the one who needed the training. Travis is excellent about not only telling you how to implement positive change but coaching you through the steps and empowering you to train on your own. He celebrated our wins, helped us overcome obstacles, and he has been a key instrument in my dog's rehabilitation. My three-year-old dog went from anxious and frustrated to calm and content. So much work goes into making a difference in your dog's life, but we would not be a success story without Travis. Trusting this man with your dog will be one of the best decisions you make for them and for you, just like it was for us.

I cannot speak highly enough of Travis Brorsen The entire experience from the moment I met and spoke to Travis was fantastic. Travis is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and he took the time to address all my questions and concerns. He has trained two of my dogs, and they are Yorkies! Anytime I had a question or need a little more help he was willing to speak with me or he sent personalized videos. The training method that he uses, which is positive reinforcement, gets the results that you want and my dogs responded so well to all aspects of training. There is no need to look any further.
