Greenside Canine Training

As a lifelong dog trainer (now retired) I can’t state enough how much of a real deal Clay and his team are. I have lived in the Hamilton county area for quite a while and have been to or worked with almost every trainer around. Greenside Canine does everything right. Your dog isn’t stuck in a large warehouse like the franchise companies. Your dog gets loads of 1 on 1 time with trainers (PLURAL). Too many of the solo trainers are doing their best, but don’t realize how important having multiple people are. If you want your dog to listen to more than just one person, they have to work with more than one person! Clay and his team are constantly expanding their education. Earning new certifications and attending seminars. Dog training is science, it’s always evolving!! Lastly, every single thing they do, is tailored to each individual dog. I would constantly ask Clay when working with him why he did this or that, when he did something different with a different dog. This is not a cookie cutter trainer!! Please do your research when finding a trainer, they may look good on paper, or have good reviews from friends or family, but can they talk the talk and prove their results. I know Greenside Canine can!

I rescued Meera last December, she was so energetic and basically reacted aggressively to all people and other dogs we passed any where we went in my community. I knew I had to do something about it to help her and I found “Greenside Canine” on Google. After them working with her she is now a calmer and happier dog! I am so much more confident about her because of this program! Their positive reinforcement methods and training helped her so much that she can live a much better life now. Rambo came into greenside as a veryyyyy anxious, timid, and fear aggressive dog and of course with him being my baby it was hard to find someone i trusted. I trust them with Rambo with his whole life!! He attended the 6 week board and train program and came back like a whole new dog. Of course he still has his goofy stubborn personality but has made a world of a difference with how confident he is with himself. He was scared of strangers, loud noise, anywhere in public, men, moving objects. It was a struggle even going to the vet. He’s learned how to self regulate, be relaxed, understand commands to a tee. I am forever grateful for what they have done for me and Rambo!! He now enjoys walks, going to stores, being around several kids, meeting new people. I couldn’t thank them enough!!
