Gungho Dog Training

I brought my Charlie in with hardly any experience in dog training. He is a stubborn and playful lovebug, but unfortunately couldn’t connect with any basic structure in my household between dog and owner. I finally threw my hat in after reading so many wonderful reviews about Cody and Micah, and decided to take a leap of faith and set forward on my journey with Charlie through the 6-week day training program. And oh how he has blossomed. Charlie has structure, he has a purpose, and he has his freedom, and I couldn’t possibly thank Cody and Micah enough for everything they have done teaching BOTH of us. You can tell they really care, are passionate about dogs, and are extremely thoughtful.

Best decision I ever made for my Sage was sending her off for the obedience board and train at Gungho Dog Training! I looked at other training programs/places for a year and am so glad I settled on this one! It was very apparent from photos, videos and previous reviews that these guys really knew their stuff, really loved the dogs and were devoted to them, their training, and their well-being! The only thing I wish I could change looking back now would have been to send her there a year ago!! She’s got so much confidence now and it’s so amazing to see! Not sure how they managed to train so much in such a short period of time but I couldn’t be happier! It really is worth every penny to have an obedient dog, if you’re considering it, just do it, I promise you’ll be just as satisfied with the results! Sage says hi and we both cannot thank Micah and Cody enough!!

We did a board and train for our dog Teeter and it was amazing. She had pretty bad leash/general reactivity from her likely troubled past before we rescued her. Cody and Micah worked wonders with her. When we dropped her off she was a fairly obedient dog with reactivity issues, when we picked her up she was an extremely obedient dog with basically no reactivity. They have her a safe and structured environment to let her really come into herself and be the goodest girl she can be. We are extremely grateful for Gungho dog training and would highly recommend it to anyone! Lastly, our favorite thing about Gung-ho is their dedication to get it right. They don’t simply train your dog and say “here ya go!” They train your dog and they train you to continue training your dog which is extremely important and valuable. Impeccable business practices, and fantastic results!
