Great idea and philosophy in regards to the collar itself but we have had our struggles getting the GPS to work in our yard. We’ve been working with Tez to resolve our issues. She has spent several private sessions with us, including on the weekends doing zoom calls and phone calls as we are trying to get it working. She seems to have a great understanding of the technology behind the collar. We’ve been very happy with the service and support. 5 star service!

We love our Halo collar! We set ours up to cover our 12 acres and it works great! App lets me know when he gets feedback! Also lets me know when the collar battery is getting low and needs to be charged! I have created other fences for when we go to my sister's house and to the campground and it works great there too! Highly recommend!!

I have two Halo Collars for my Gordon Setters and we love them! They have a strong hunting drive and this allows them the freedom to run our 2 acres, without worry and it keeps them safe. I had a few issues (most were user errors), but Tez and Thomas were amazing. Both have helped me immensely and they have went above and beyond for us. I would give them big raises if up to me, lol. Tez is professional and kind. She knows her stuff. Thomas knows all of the inner workings and is great at problem solving. Both are a huge asset to Halo! Highly recommend these collars!

Great collar, works well on our 1 acre property. Awesome customer support with multiple options to contact if you have questions or issues. Steadily making improvements, the Gen2 collar and latest software work really well. Have it set up with gps fences at multiple locations for when we bring the dogs, very pleased would purchase again.
