FirstBarkRegina is great! Her knowledge and expertise has and is helping us so much with our dog Otis, a stubborn St. Bernard mix. We feared the worst when we seen how he was reacting to strangers and now Regina has given me the confidence in knowing how to handle each encounter, whether at our home or out in public and I now can see that he will be a great gentle giant. HALO is a unique organization that offers many specialized services. Regina Willen is Board Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist and a Behavior Consultant for the International Association Of Animal Behavior. Regina will assist with dog and cat behavior issues such as aggression (not limited to) and training (CGC and obedience). Halo also offers specialized boarding for dogs that cannot stay at the average kennel, boarding and training, and daycare. Regina will work one on one with your animal during their stay.

Halo offers a unique service of training during boarding to pet owners. Although it is highly recommended that your dog remains in your home during training, we understand that there are some situations that require your dog to be boarded while going through training.Halo is unique in that we have a Board-Certified Animal Behaviorist on the premises who will work one on one with your dog on a daily basis. Regina will only employ science-based techniques and protocols. She will never use aversive training, and only positive reinforcement. Price listed is per day, per pet. · Listed price: $50.00

My husband and I rescued a dog from a shelter and came to find out he didn't like anyone who came to our home. It took a long period of time for him to let another into his circle. We like to travel so we were really concerned when we would have to board him somewhere. We were given Halo by our dog behaviorist and did a trial run for a day visit. Lee did amazing! When we took our most recent trip, we left him for 5 days and he had fun! We received text messages throughout the trip letting us know we had nothing to worry about.

Finally I facebook messaged them and surprisingly I did get a reply. I was told I could come see the pup on Sunday but when Sunday came i was told someone else is looking at the pup today (so? is it an all day event) i asked if we could still see the pup and no reply. Terrible way to run a organization! Its a shame because this dog could've been a good fit and we give our pets an amazing home! Shame this pup will never even get the oppurtunity to possibly be part of our family!
