Great people...awesome training skills
We had signed our puppy up for classes when we brought her home at 3 months. A Saturday class fit perfectly as my granddaughter was only 5 at the time so the evening classes are just to late at night. We had signed our puppy up for classes when we brought her home at 3 months. A Saturday class fit perfectly as my granddaughter was only 5 at the time so the evening classes are just to late at night. The class was canceled at the last minute..... trying to get in touch with someone was hell!! Trying to find out if another Saturday class would be offered soon was even worse!! Finally look on the website and see one , I emailed to see if we could get in that... took FOREVER to hear back. She said she would sign us up and send the information, never got the information!!! Puppy is no longer a puppy. AND they WON'T refund my money. I would not recommend this place to anyone who actually wants their puppy to get in a training class.
Good class, very helpful.
While some of there trainers are friendly and knowledgable several can be fairly rude and unwelcoming. I have been involved 4H here as well and some of there trainers are 4H leaders and they make it clear that if dog training is not your main or only focus, you are not welcome. They prefer the show world and favor it to the idea of dogs being pets.
