We've had many shy dogs gain confidence in our classes. Sometimes, however, the group class environment can be overwhelming for some fearful dogs. I have taken my current pup and former pup there. They are great about addressing needs of each particular animal considering their personalities and desired training outcomes.

Unfortunately the class dynamic didn’t work out for me and my new dog, but Lisa the owner was incredibly understanding about how some environments aren’t meant for everyone and without hesitation gave me a full refund (this is even after attending the first class). I am blown away by her customer service skills and empathetic mind set. When I’m ready I plan to hire the company for private training instead of class training. Thank you for working with me!
