Happy Tails Learning Center for Dogs

We had the pleasure of working with Chris at Happy Tails for training our dog, Finn, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. From the start, Chris was professional, patient, and clearly knowledgeable about dog behavior and training. He took the time to understand Finn’s unique needs and tailored the training sessions to suit him perfectly. Throughout the residency training, Finn made incredible progress, learning essential commands and improving his overall behavior. Chris’s approach is gentle yet effective, and his positive reinforcement techniques worked wonders for Finn. We appreciated how Chris not only focused on Finn’s training but also educated us on how to maintain and reinforce the progress at home. The follow-up training has been just as great. Chris has continued to be a reliable resource, offering tips and advice to help us stay on track and tackle any challenges that arise. His support and availability have been invaluable, and it’s clear that he truly cares about the well-being of the dogs he works with. Happy Tails is fantastic!! We enrolled Colonel Taylor in a 3 week program to deal with his sock stealing & drinking problems. He came back a new dog! In seriousness, Chris is amazing! His training methods were effective, well exceeding our expectations. He has taught us the skills we need to reinforce the training and continue to build on it. Colonel Taylor is just as cute and fun as always, but without the bad behaviors that made him a challenge to live with. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We took our black lab, Maggie to Happy Tails for the 3 week residency training! Amy our trainer did an amazing job with Maggie!! After seeing the video at the end of week one, we wondered if it was even the dog we sent to training! It was a night and day difference. Maggie knows door manners, sit, stay, place, come, heel, and so much more. Easily one of the best decisions we made as dog parents! We will recommend Happy Tails to everyone!!!
