If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The urine, smell as you enter the place is horrid! My asthma kicked right in. They didn't think it was an issue. 😳 I took my pet elsewhere. I don't know how the dogs can breathe. The pound smells better! The manager said, "Well, we service a lot of dogs! Well, maybe they should service less so they can spend more time cleaning!
They took in my 1 yr old border collie and changed her from wild to calm in 5 weeks. She knows all her commands, like sit, stay, leave it etc. we use to struggle with her getting on the furniture.. not anymore!!! She looks for a command before she even tries to get on. Before she went there she had to sleep in her kennel. Now she’s can sleep on her bed by her big brother! One of the best decision I have ever made! Thank you happy tails for teaching, loving and changing my Stella girl into a big girl! 5 stars from us!
