So happy we found Kelly! Our 4-year-old Lagotto not only has been incredibly high energy since day one, but he has also struggled with extreme reactivity to both people and dogs, and has suffered from extreme anxiety and fear. After beginning with trainers since the very beginning with little progress (being born during the early days of the pandemic definitely hindered things as well), and then some major personal health issues myself that seemed to traumatize him further, we reached a point where we felt forced to medicate him daily due to what many vets, trainers, and behaviorists deemed must be "a chemical imbalance". Every trainer and behaviorist we saw (and there were MANY) was truly afraid of our boy and continued to push meds and muzzling. We had an unhappy dog that we were spending 8-10+ hours of 1:1 time with per day to manage him and we were constantly walking on eggshells to the point where we could never have anyone over and we were avoiding every trigger to the point of exhaustion. We were all traumatized. We knew we could only avoid and medicate for so long, so we began weening him off his meds (further encouraged to do so after a single scary seizure), found Kelly, and committed to her training and she was the only trainer since moving south that truly felt right. From day one with Kelly, as Rem was barking, growling, lunging at her and going crazy, she showed no fear. After only a few at home sessions, our boy went from not allowing anyone inside to tolerating Kelly inside to now being excited when she comes. We can now have some people over! Furthermore, he is completely off of his behavior medications and things continue improving every session. Our friends and family can finally start to see our sweet boy’s true personality and how loving and silly he truly is. So grateful to have found Kelly!

Kelly has been fantastic with our Miniature Australian Shepherd, Chloe! She has taught her (and us) many helpful commands and Chloe just loves her so much. We were amazed how quickly Kelly was able to teach Chloe how to listen to us and be obedient. It’s been a joy working with her. She’s always on time and prepared for the next training lesson. We highly recommend her for any pet training needs you may have.

Kelly 100% puts your pet first. She takes her time to get to know your pet and what works for them and she is honest with owners about how the work they need to put in when it comes to training. I will work on something for a week with my dog and he'll get it 50% of the time and Kelly will get him listening in and doing the new command in one training session. She is really good at training and it shows. I highly recommend her for all your training needs. She has helped me with training my GSD from 4 months old to a year through beginner and then advanced commands.
