I cannot speak highly enough of Dale and his highly trained staff. I first became acquainted with Dale through rescue. I was impressed by the transformation of an aggressive Pyrenees after spending time with Dale. When I made the decision to adopt my heart dog Meechu in 2020 I knew I would need Dale’s help. Without Dale and his staff I would not be able to go on vacations. If you have a challenging dog, Dale and his team will be there for you and your dog just like they are for me 4 years and counting.

My foster dog, Bella was a wonderful dog in so many ways. She loved all people but had many fears of other dogs and unfamiliar situations. She was found in a field and had been abandoned by her owners. Happy Gentle Dog training center helped her overcome those fears and become the sweet, happy dog she is now. She has found her forever family and is living a wonderful life with her family and their little girl that loves her so much. Couldn’t have happened without Dale and the training staff

Dale, Tracy, and the entire team at HappyGentle Dogs are the absolute best. I brought my Mini Golden Doodle puppy, Norman, from Nashville, TN to be trained. Norman was climbing my fence, escaping my yard, and lacking obedience. I rescued Norman and quickly realized I was in over my head. I reached out to Dale, and he reassured me that they would be able to help. They treated Norman so well that I felt comfortable leaving him in their care. They helped Norman become a well-behaved and happy puppy, and our bond has grown stronger than ever. They have been quick to answer my questions and so helpful in the process of getting him reacclimated back at home. This experience has been truly exceptional, and I could not recommend them more.

We took on the impossible task of fostering Luna when no one else would. We could not stand for her to be put down. Luna had severe trust issues and many other fears and insecurities. Being a large and at times, loud dog, she had a tendency to scare folks. Dale, Tracy, Madi and Addison took her on and over many weeks were able to help her understand that we are here for her and she doesn’t need to be afraid all the time. Luna now knows she has a safe haven at our home or with us wherever we are. She is still learning how to be a dog, at ease in her environment, but is so much better now. Dale and company are always there for us and Luna. We can only imagine what would have become of Luna without them. I would not hesitate ever taking my dog to them for help.
