Harmony Canine Training

The people that work here are amazing, my rescue Belgian Malinois has benefited tremendously from his experiences and interactions with the trainers here. I was worried about my dog, and now I am enjoying him with so much more stability and harmony. The trainers are the real thing, they care about your dogs and it shows, they treated my dog and every dog I saw there with love. I have learned so much from them as well that will carry on for the rest of my dogs life with me. Huge 5 stars from me.

I would not trust your dog at Harmony Canine. My dog was in the Board and Train when he was involved in a van fire in which 2 dogs died. The van which had at least 5 dog inside was left unattended and out of sight of the trainer Michael. Bystander citizens had to break into the van to get the dying crying dogs out. I was not called for over 3 hours and my dog did not recieve any immediate veterinarian care. When I finally received my dog almost 4 hours later he was coughing and the owner Adrianne said she thought his leash was on too tight. She said he was released and didn’t need any other care, I later found out he was released by a paramedic on the scene and did not see a Veterinarian at all. A few hours later his eyes were swollen shut and he was hacking profusely. I rushed him to Dove Lewis Emergency Hospital and was there for 2 days and all three emergency Veterinarians said he should have had immediate care and oxygen right away to stop the damage from continuing. I sat on the floor with him at one point for 7 hrs with a tube of oxygen next to his nose to avoid surgery to sew it into his nose. Luckily he didn’t need that no thanks to Harmony Canine’s complete negligence . They refunded my deposit for the Board and Train which he was only half way through but refused to pay for his medical bills even though the protocol they state in their release form was not followed. It states in the case of emergency you will be called immediately and your dog will recieve immediate veterinarian care neither of which happened. I should have known not to leave him there as the communication was non existent. When I showed up for one of my privates he was in a session with someone else and told me to go practice in the parking lot by myself and that was my private. This whole experience was a traumatic for us both to say the least. I wish I would have listened to all the signs of incompetence. We now train with Charles at Awakened K9, he is the best trainer we have ever had and our bond is the strongest ever and we both have never been happier. .I am so thankful he made it through his deadly experience at Harmony Canine. I was not called for over 3 hours and my dog did not not receive any veterinary care and ended up in the emergency Hospital because he was not taken care of properly and released I was not called so I could take care of him if you were too busy with the other dogs No protocols you lay out were followed

I am so grateful for Harmony's help with our new rescue pittie. We jumped in and grabbed him from a pretty bad situation and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Lots of reactivity, some aggression, no manners, you name it we needed help with it! Fast forward 6 months and while we are still working on some things we finally feel like we didn't ruin our lives ha! (very dramatic I know but he was ALOT). Our 5 yo pup has been going to Harmony since she was just a few months old (is super well behaved!) and they both have gone through the Reactive Rover class. Harmony is great and training us (me and my husband) too :)
