So far so good. We have had 1 private session with Matt. He's helping us help our 2 year old female rottweiler. He gave us plenty of things for us to work on at home. My walk with her went much better with the tools he has given us in a short time. We have scheduled our 2nd session already.

One of the only red flags I needed : Nobody should own 6 belgian malinois.

I had been bringing my 4/5 month old puppy to them twice a week for day training (ie. daycare with some training) for about two months. Then she came down with Kennel Cough (despite having the vaccine for it). I understand facilities can have these problems and it isn't their fault; however, not checking vaccinations of the dogs coming in (and claiming to) IS their fault. Since I did not recall them requiring me to upload proof of the Bordetella vaccine, I used their texting line and asked what is required for Day Training. I was told my dog needs to have been vaccinated for Distemper, Hep, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, and Parvo as well as proof of a clean fecal. I asked specifically about Bordetella and was informed that it was encouraged but if a vet indicated a reason to not have it then they wouldn't require it. Harmony's website also says that they require vaccinations for Distemper, Hep, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies as well as a clean fecal. Now here is the issue: my pup had already been going for over a month and I did not provide them (electronically or otherwise) at any time proof of receiving the rabies vaccine (because she hadn't had it yet since she was under 6 months old) or a clean fecal test. I also believe I uploaded proof of the Bordetella vaccine after her first day there. At no time did Harmony ever request or even inquire about any of her vaccines or records. I originally was hesitant to write this review but I spoke with three other people who take their dogs there as well and they confirmed no one ever asked for proof of anything, none of them even knew a clean fecal was required, and two of them had not gotten their dogs the Bordetella vaccine (no veterinary reason). After learning about this I pulled my dog out and canceled all of her future day training scheduled times. In my opinion it is unacceptable to claim to check vaccines and fecal tests without actually doing so. I thought my dog was in a safe environment (as much as she can be since there is always a risk) but she wasn't at all. Not checking, or even asking for, vaccination/health records is dangerous, especially with many young puppies that have significantly weaker immune systems than adult dogs. Hopefully they figure out a system to track/check this because, as of now, it appears like there isn't a system in place.
Who dosent love burgerville food, burgers, fish and their Strawberry Shakes. Hmmmmm

Communication with Adrianne started off ok and I got a good feeling about her business ethics and the service she was providing. That all changed as soon as we paid for 10 visits up front. We showed up to our first scheduled appointment only to find out she never added it to the schedule so now there were too many dogs on site. They allowed us to stay but it was not a good fit for my 7 month old Labradoodle. My biggest complaint is that Adrianne says one thing ("it's not about the money, I want to make it best for the dogs, etc) but then does another. After our first session I voiced my concerns to her (my dog was scared/nervous, had a run-in with another dog onsite, extremely thirsty) and she asked to give it another chance. We agreed but then had second thoughts based on the way our dog was now acting. She didn't want to give us a refund, then she agreed to but charged us for another session. On top of that, she refunded the remainder of the money via PayPal and charged us the PayPal fee, LOL. Of course she tried to play the "I didn't know" card but ultimately it's not about the money. Customer service is clearly not her strong point.
