Harmony Canine Training

Harmony canine has seriously changed our lives. Our German shepherd broke his leg when he was 13 weeks old and got a little rough start to life after having to be on meds and in a crate for 6+ weeks. When we welcomed our first baby in January, we were at a loss as to what to do with our beloved dog Otto who has the drive to work and wanted to please but didn’t know how to direct all his energy. We made the decision to send him through Harmony’s 6 week behavioral modification board training with Michael and he’s like a new dog now. He’s gentle and gets along with our now 5 month old son and is night and day with obedience. He’s such a happy dog now. Our continued training with Michael continues our success with practice and the ability to train him around other dogs in a controlled, safe environment. I’ve said from the beginning us as owners needed just as much (if not more) training than the dog! Michael’s expertise is beyond impressive. With the tools Michael has given us Otto can work around other dogs without being reactive, he heals when walking without pulling now on and off leash, he’s eager to learn and to please and we are so proud of him. We couldn’t be happier with our time with Harmony and couldn’t recommend them enough. A trained dog is a happy dog! Not only does your family deserve the peace but your furry friend does too 😊

We've been working in private lessons with trainer Matt. He's been communicative and flexible about scheduling with us. He's friendly, approachable, and collaborative in our sessions. Matt has worked hard to modify and customize our training for our two disabled litter mates who have unique movement needs and a unique relationship. I feel like I learn a lot every session. I get information not only on training specific behaviors, but on the fundamentals of developing routines and establishing communication with my dogs. We also tried a day training and Harmony staff were again kind and flexible about seeing if and how our wobbly girls might participate. Definitely pleased with Harmony Training and Matt.
