HCC K-9 Dog Training

“Your dog is so well behaved!” Those are words I never thought I would hear. From January to now, HCC K9 has transformed my reactive dog. When we first started training, Hodgins wouldn’t let anyone besides me near him. He would lunge, snap at, and try to bite other dogs and people. I stopped taking him places out of fear of him lashing out. After some private lessons, basic obedience, and advanced classes, Hodgins is now able to walk, sit, and lay down next to another dog calmly. Brian and his team have not only given Hodgins the confidence to be around other dogs but have given me the confidence that I can handle him. I cannot recommend HCC K9 enough!

Can’t recommend HCC K9 training enough! After just one class of the basic obedience training we had a whole new dog. Every dog in that class improved after just one session and we were able to learn so much. You are not only training your dog but training yourself. Brian, Elizabeth, and Ryan were so helpful with stepping in when they see you/ your dog struggling and help to teach you how to correct your dog. We can’t wait for the advanced off leash training course!

I would like to give a huge, much appreciated shout out to Brian, owner of HCC K9 Dog Training in Cumberland for changing our old ways of training with the correct and promising new ways for our always challenging, Zeke. Of our eight Shepherds he has been our "delinquent child" from the get go at 8 weeks old when he would antagonize and never back down from our 120 lb Rykerr who didn't know what to do about this pint size whirling devil! But one session with Brian, we have an entirely different dog. He has given us the knowledge and tools to guide Zeke and hopefully change the behaviors we don't want. Now, at 3.5 yrs old and 100 lbs, he will no longer think he's in charge! We will be taking the control back! We highly recommend HCC K9 Dog Training for anyone looking!

All I can say is WOW! Our house would not be a home without our dogs, and the fantastic trainers at HCC K9 made sure that our pups received nothing but top tier training. Trainers Brian and January displayed professionalism and determination in making sure our two female pit-bull’s were able to comfortably thrive together in our home!
