We had a great experience with the puppy camp for our fearful rescue pup. He was scared of everything, from people to other dogs, cars, going on a walk, etc. Diana really seemed to figure out what was going on with him from a behavioral standpoint and seems to understand the psychology of dogs in general. She really got him to open up, he's changed completely. He is now very comfortable being outside, has quit barking constantly/at everyone he sees, can walk much better on a leash and has gained a lot of confidence. He has been home for 4 days now and we are impressed with the progress and changes he has made and he is also going potty outside very consistently now. It's hard to believe he's the same little guy. Diana was like an angel who swooped in while we were struggling to figure out how to best help him and I am so glad we found her. She's taught us a lot already and we plan to return him there for boarding and/or additional training in the future. Diana, thank you SO much!!
Board your dog somewhere else; horrible experience. I had to go through unnecessary expenses because they were not caring for my dog. I had to take him to his vet because of the infection he caught while he was in there. smh
Excellent dog training experience. One of the best kept secrets in Austin.
Hearts and Paws uses positive reinforcement training to train your pup to be a well-behaved companion. We have seen a huge improvement in our pup and look forward to more advanced training.
