FirstBarkOur Labradoodle Dixie is a graduate of Heather’s puppy training, intermediate training and Canine Good Citizen training. Our experience with Heather has been extremely positive and Dixie is now a well behaved family member. If you have a puppy, do yourself and your little dog a favor and enroll in one of her classes.

We are a family owned and operated dog training school located in Columbia, TN. We recognize that each dog is unique, as are your training goals. Whether you are looking to correct behavioral issues, improve on basic manners and obedience, work towards having your dog tested as an AKC Canine Good Citizen, or just try something new with your canine best friend, we are here to help. Our goal is to help you meet your individual dog training needs by designing a training program specific to you and your dog.

How old does puppy need to be to come to training?
We can get started with training as early as 8 weeks old, as long as the puppy is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations. Once the puppy is old enough, we require Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations as well.
