Stan bit at the mail lady. Fortunately he ended up with a mouth full of mail and not mail lady, but we all know what happens to dogs, especially pits, who bite. We filled out the contact us form on the site and hoped for the best. Melissa called us quickly and came out to evaluate our Stan. There is hope. Stan responded surprisingly well to Melissa, and she showed us how to teach him to have better manners and not go bolting out of the door to be surprised by the poor mail lady. We are practicing good door manners every time we go out and Stan sits by the door like a good boy waiting to be invited out! His sister Shirley is practicing, too! Things are already so much less chaotic and I can't wait to walk my good boy down the street, instead of getting dragged by the neighborhood menace! I have only good things to say about Melissa!

I am so grateful for Melissa! We just adopted Simba, a 1yr 7 month handsome Pit Bull Mix and we (my husband, Simba, and I) are having some “getting to know each other” issues so I messaged Melissa for some help and she responded quickly, asking the right questions and giving suggestions. She then came to my house for only about 15 minutes and showed us some tricks and explained how to handle certain situations with Simba. Melissa is a fantastic person, I am so thankful for her professionalism, and her willingness to help us in every way to make our relationship with Simba better. I am excited to learn more about positive behavioral training and even more excited to work alongside Melissa. *Melissa, you are truly an amazing human and the universe is a better place because of the love you have for what you do with helping humans have a better understanding of their animal.
