Hi D Ho Dog Training

We just finished a 6 week puppy kindergarten class with Rosie and Jasmine. They were so wonderful and the class was very helpful. Each class had a lesson, demonstrations, time to work with the puppies on the topic of the lesson and practice previous lessons, supervised play time with other puppies, and time for questions to be answered. Then, our homework was to continue to practice what we learned. We have a corgi and he’s smart but stubborn. Rosie and Jasmine were always helpful with training tips specific to him. He learned a lot but I learned even more and we have actionable things to practice and improve on.

Absolutely horrible. Rosie is incredibly rude and has no idea what she is doing. Our dog was asked to leave the class because she was barking. Understandable- but she was never allowed to re-enter the class and told not to return. We were given no instruction to help her, and we were there because she DOES bark around other dogs and we would like help in that area. This was known before we even started the class. The KICKER though, is when we explained this is the behavior our dog displays and asked what can we do, because the shelter we adopted her did say she was great with other dogs, Rosie actually said, “There is a reason she was in the shelter. Nobody gives away ‘good’ dogs.” The literal audacity! If you only want to train “good” dogs, Rosie, please advertise this way in the future so there is no confusion that you don’t actually know what to do with “bad dogs”. Seriously though, no one that cares about animals in any capacity would EVER say that. Save your money and go elsewhere. Rosie is a shame to the animal community.

Rosie (the owner) is extremely rude and unprofessional. While at puppy kindergarten, if a dog would jump on her, she'd show complete disgust in her face, mumble under her breath, and walk away... instead of helping you learn how to properly correct. Its puppy kindergarten ffs, learning how to stop this is the main reason half of us are in there. Dont bother taking your pup here, especially if you use a harness, as she will have a vendetta against you for the rest of the sessions. That part of the review was just for Rude Rosie, her two assistants were great and the only reason we kept going, besides the no refund policy.
