FirstBarkWhat really sets Lester and Hidden Fence apart is his training approach. His technique trains the dogs with very small tickles, not heavy shocks. He has a great knack for explaining it to us humans too. Lester has a great understanding of dog physiology. A couple decades of experience makes an enormous difference. Much better than another similar but different named company!

Lester Pullen did a great job for us—both in training the dog and in support over the years!
Lester did a great, humane job of training our dog to respect the fence. I would recommend him, especially if you've had a bad experience with other companies.

We've recently changed from Invisible Fence to Hidden Fence due to many, many reasons; amongst them being that they charge ridiculously high amounts to find a break (which IF they find, they don't often permanently fix), have to make us wait several days (the most was 16!) before they can fit us into their schedule (meanwhile my dogs are "offline" and know it!), and the turn around of employees means that I have to explain all over again and again about our property, dogs, and nuances. We're one of hundreds of customers. With Hidden Fence, we had a connection with Les right away. He listens, comes out ASAP, and remembers us, our fence layout, and is reasonably priced. Plus, he has innovated ways of meshing new technology and our older technology together. I truly recommend this company!
I have had my fence for about 13 years. I am grateful that if I ever have a problem Lester has always been prompt about resolving my problem. I especially appreciate that when my puppy was being trained, Lester was kind and gentle, making the fence a pleasurable experience for my dog. I have a Jack Russell and she loves having the run of our yard and never wanders outside of our property.
