High Paw Club

If I could, I would give Cat Austin a 10 for working miracles with me and my dog Charley. About six weeks I adopted an eight year old, eight pound Yorkie. Poor guy had spent his entire life in a cage, as a stud at a puppy mill. When he was too old for his job, they sent him to a shelter. I fell in love with Charley when I first saw his picture and his name was Mr. Knox. When I brought him home, I named him Charley and I thought we would immediately have great adventures together. I was wrong. Charley was terrified, never stopped trembling and refused to come out of his crate. He cowered when I tried to touch him. He refused to eat. In short, Charley had been abused and he was a mess. Thankfully, my sister knew about Cat’s astonishing work with dogs and immediately presented us with a Welcome Home package. With never-ending patience, Cat taught me how to behave with Charley and she showed Charley how to trust. Now, thanks to Cat’s skills and unending patience, Charley comes when I call him. I can pick him up. I can take him for walks. He loves to play with other dogs and he’s even happy to meet other humansHe even got a bath! So thanks Cat for working miracles and for teaching Charley and me how to be pals. You’ve given both of us an amazing gift and I look forward to working with you again soon, so Charley and I can continue to learn together.

Cat is fantastic! She is kind, patient, and just so knowledgeable. We used her services for help with our large dog resource guarding his toys and to curb his disruptive behavior. Within one session we saw significant improvement and every week things just kept getting better. She uses a reward based method of training which we and our dog all loved. Every dog is different and Cat just seems to know the best approach for each situation. I cannot recommend her enough
