Want a puppy with perfect manners? Hillary’s Hound House is a daylong puppy training school in San Rafael, Ca. Our puppies learn to race back when you call, walk nicely on leash, go to their bed and lay down, even sit to greet new people instead of jumping.
We work with Families and their children in weekly classes And send videos of your puppy in training.

Hillary has cared for our Labradoodle, Jasmine, for over 7 years now. Originally we hired Hillary for training- she has done amazing things with her recall, and to lessen her leash aggression. She has daycare with Hillary 2x/week and has over the 7 years. She sits in the window to wait for the van, and goes tearing out of the house as soon as she is called. She is so happy to go, every time.
Also- we boarded her at a kennel a few times, but she ran out of each one like she couldn't wait to leave. She found a home with Hillary. She has spent long weekends, and even weeks at her home while we were away. And she is always happy to be there.
So if you want a well trained, well adjusted dog- this is the place for you.

Hillary is an amazing trainer and a person! We used her Jump Start Puppy services from day one with our Cockapoo, Champ. Champ has been an amazing dog and I believe the foundation she helped us set made all the difference in the world. So happy she has a permanent location now. I would highly recommend Hillary.

With two dogs (10 weeks and 10 months) and working full time, Hillary’s Hound House has been a godsend. My dogs absolutely love it there. Nice, clean facility and nice configuration of the training floors. Hillary and her trainers are very experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. Hillary is an extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainer, she has a natural affinity with the dogs, it's quite impressive. I'm working with Hillary on training my two dogs and we (me and the dogs) are learning so much from her.

Hillary is an amazingly gifted trainer! She trained both of my dogs, a highly sensitive golden retriever & a dachshund, who was house broken in 2 weeks by ringing bells (a miracle), thanks to Hillary! She also socialized my golden, which was major. I highly recommend Hillary and her wonderful staff!
