FirstBarkFantastic group of people. I had to leave my pup for three weeks and first time ever I felt secure in knowing he was safe and very cared for. Brittany was our trainer and seeing how my pup reacted to her made me very happy. Plus, Brittany is very thorough with my training to make my pup a successful companion. About Home Dog Training
Most people don't call because their dog can't sit. They call because the walk has become something they dread and the front door has become an event. HOME Dog Training is a small training practice in Rockwall. Charles, Laura, and Wyatt are the trainers here , the same hands on every dog, start to finish. No staff, no handoffs. We cap at seven dogs at a time and train in a home, not a facility. We build four things, in this order: Habits, Obedience, Manners, Engagement. There is a big difference between a dog obeying a command and a dog that didn't need one. Clarity, not pressure. Training that expands your dog's world instead of shrinking it. Serving the Rockwall area and North & East Dallas areas.

Your dog lives and trains with us. 2, 3, or 5 weeks. He comes home on weekends for homework — a dog who only listens to us is a trick, not training. The exception is a weekend you've planned a trip. Video Pupdates so you watch it happen. We train out of our home, not a facility.

For dogs who've completed one of our training programs. Twice a month at a 68-acre park in Rockwall — second and fourth Saturdays, 9:00 AM. Included for life, not an add-on. Real distractions, real dogs, real world. Because a dog who's only perfect at home hasn't been tested yet.

My pit bull and I did a six day and train with trainer AJ. While initially I thought it seemed pricey, I can say without reservation, that it was a great value, and think it was well worth the money. AJ’s training of the dog was excellent, the daily video info lessons for me were perfectly on target, and her assistance in teaching ME what needed to be done was invaluable. All staff are friendly, helpful, and knew dogs really well. We are continuing with weekly group class, which is included for 2 months, and definitely worthwhile - mostly so *I* get the hang of reinforcing the behaviors I want from my dog.

I had such a wonderful experience with this facility! Fabian helped my dog so much — I’ve noticed a huge improvement in his confidence and comfort around other dogs and people. I really appreciated that the entire program was based on positive reinforcement, which made such a difference in his progress. The facility itself is spacious and very clean, and the staff are all incredibly kind. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog here for training and boarding, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and supportive environment for their dog!
