FirstBarkMike has trained two of my K9’s over the years (lab and GSD). I sent them to him when they were pups and they came back better than I could have imagined. It was amazing to see the transformation. If we would ever get another dog I will reach out to Mike as soon as they are of age.

We worked with Mike for both the puppy class and next level of obedience training with the e-collar. I cannot recommend his programs enough. He gave us a structure that worked well for our energetic puppy with a focus on commands that keep her safe such as a reliable sit and good recall. Classes were fun and informative, and he was always available for specific questions.

It's been nearly 14 years ago that I took my new foxhound, Jackson, to Mike and started training. That time we spent with Mike learning the proper obedience skills has proved invaluable over the years and we've kept at it ever since. Jackson, now 15 years old, moves a little slower these days but what we learned has made all the difference. Highly recommend taking advantage of Homeland K-9 and what they have to offer.
We adopted a pup and she was in need of some training to keep her safe. Mike did a great job training her on the basics. We make the weekly training walk as often as we are able. I highly recommend!
Mike's training program has been a game changer for my dog and me. His five-day course transformed my 20-month-old dog from being a puller and lunger into a companion who walks by my side. We are now working on off leash work which continues to expand what we can do together.
