Kelli has been great to work with. She has kept me in the loop about my dogs training and has been upfront and honest about where he is in his training along with what she expects from him in the coming months. This is the first time I have sent a dog off and it has been such a great experience. I’m able to go out whenever I have time and visit and watch him and others work. I can not wait to see what the future holds for my pup and Kelli in the coming Fall Hunt Tests. I would highly recommend Hope Retrievers to anyone looking for an exceptional obedience and retriever trainer.

I sent my GSP for gun dog training, and Kelly was really awesome in working with him. When he wasn't picking it up, she informed me and gave me the option to keep going or move to obiendence training. I like that she didn't continue to force him, and cost me more and my dog not be interested. I still send him back for touch up training and boarding. I'll be a forever customer because Kelly, spoke with me and not at me when dealing with the training and progress of my dog.

Hope Retrievers is a great training outfit and one that I would certainly use again with my next hunting dog! Kelli and her team truly care for their dogs, individually train them based on the personalities, strengths, and weaknesses of each dog, and listen to what your objectives are as a customer (hunting dog and house/family dog in our case). I highly recommend Kelli to anyone looking for the right balanced approach to training labs!

Hope Retrievers is the best thing that ever happened to our hyper little lab puppy! She came back from training completely transformed into a well behaved hunting dog. She also received her junior hunt title. We loved that Kelli took the time to not only train the dog but us too. The facility and equipment are very nice and well kept. Kelli and her husband Jordan are the most down to earth and honest people. We recommend them to everyone and our friends have all loved them too.

I highly recommend Kelli Hope and Hope Retrievers to anyone looking for dog training or dog boarding. Kelli began training my lab Rancher when he was 6 months old. He reached his Senior Hunter level last year, and I am getting ready to send him back to Kelli for more training. I researched a lot of trainers before picking Hope Retrievers, and I actually visited other trainers to watch them in action before making my decision. I am extremely happy that I picked Kelli, and she has exceeded all of my expectations. The deciding factor for me was watching how she handled the dogs she was training. She is strict and expects a lot, but she is caring and not rough or overly harsh. I saw some of that in other trainers, and it really turned me off. In my opinion, Kelli definitely has something special when it comes to training and handling dogs. I have observed other dogs that she trained, and like my dog, they seem to really, really want to perform for her. She is also very responsive and takes the time to train you (the dog owner) on how to get the most from your dog's training. She made herself available countless times along the way to show me the results of Rancher's training, which I found very valuable. Through all of this, I have also come to know her and her husband, Jordan, personally, and they are great people too. It just makes the whole experience worth it when you have great people, that you can trust, training and caring for your dog.
