Hudson K9 Training Center

Hudson K9 works for me! I worked with them 8 years ago when they were a much smaller operation and through some of their growth into what they are today with a puppy who was nervous and submissive. I went from basic obedience with him through advanced intermediate and got his CGC with their training and guidance. He is now going on 9 and he is such a well adjusted, well behaved dog. I am taking my second dog through training with them now. She is in intermediate classes and she is very anxious with strangers, other dogs and loud noises. I have already seen a pretty significant improvement in her after our 1st round of intermediate and intend to continue to get her CGC as well, not for the certificate itself but for the skills they learn in training for it. Neither of my dogs would ever take treats when they are nervous/anxious, treats mean nothing to them. I never want to have a flight dog that takes off scared, I want my dogs listening to and looking to me for guidance and security and with the trainers at Hudson k9 we truly work towards that result. They listen, help with individual issues and truly have the dogs best interest at heart.

Gus and I have been working with Odessa in private obedience training classes. After our first class I felt so confident walking & training Gus. I knew I was the one who needed training and she has instilled so much confidence that I cannot wait to see where the rest of our training sessions take us. There is so much more peace in our home now that I have learned to stimulate Gus mentally and not just physically. If you’re on the fence about Hudson K9 I promise you won’t regret it.
