Huffman K9 Obedience

I highly recommend Huffman Dog Obedience Training! Our Australian Shepherd is like a new dog after just 5 lessons! In her nature, she has always been very protective. That works well for us, but for any visitor that comes to the door, the Amazon Prime or Mailman person, or the person out leisurely walking their dog, not at all! They run the risk of being attacked! After training, we are now able to give commands that deter her aggressive or unwanted behaviors! With her new behavior patterns, we are able to walk her in the neighborhood, enjoy taking her out, and she is happier because she gets out more!

NFL Red Zone is on right now so you know I really wanted to write this. If you re reading this you’re probably looking for help or maybe you want to build a tighter relationship with your dog, understand what makes him or her tick. It’s one thing to know stuff but it’s another thing, entirely, to be a great teacher. To be able to convey what you to know, like a great author, to other people. Every time Jensen Huffman speaks I learn something I didn’t know before. If not for him, the dog I have would most likely have ended up being put down. That is truth. But it’s more then that. Yesterday he told a story about one of his dogs going lunatic in the car and how he got frustrated over it. His next thought was, wait a minute. I’m a professional dog trainer. I’m supposed to know how to change this. He is so secure in himself that he can freely and openly admit his humanity and mistakes. The ego takes a back seat so he is always improving and learning just like the dogs and people he helps. Now this is, to me, the quality that separates him from most people I’ve known, including myself. There is so much to learn here because he is always learning too from each dog and person, other trainers. Self evaluation is very difficult, at least for me and I love that. You know what they call a guy who gets a hit every third time at the plate? A superstar. He strikes out 2 outta 3 times. Do you want someone who thinks they know it all? Their way is the only way or do you want someone who knows there is always more to figure out and learn and knows you can learn something from anyone? No matter what problem you have with your dog you’ll find an answer here, probably more then one and you’ll learn to think creatively to come up with your own answers too and once you step foot on the property you’ll know almost instantly you’ve finally found the right place.

I just can't say enough how much I appreciate your whole team. All of my lessons, including the intake, have been great. But, yesterday was exceptional ! To see both my and Goose's confidence grow in a 45 minute lesson with Kelsie was awesome. I left that lesson on such a high and with a positive attitude. Your staff doesn't just "train dogs", you help people grow as well. The investment in your clients and their dogs, is something you just don't see enough of in this world. I love how your whole operation is set up - it's like going to a family friend's or cousin's place. The baby, the dogs, the goats - the whole vibe. So THANK YOU!
