I love these ladies. Margaret is especially wonderful and is the only trainer in Austin I found that understands positive reinforcement for German Shepherds. In one lesson/assessment she completely solved the problem my GSD puppy had with biting. We work as a team, and Violet gets 'paid' when she does the right thing. Violet is a happy girl knowing clearly what I want from her. She gets 'paid' with a treat, toy, or play time every time she cooperates..sometimes she just wants a belly rub! I am forever grateful for the bond these ladies helped me build with my GSD. All the money in the world wouldn't equal how happy I feel about what they did for Violet and I. On top of this, after we decided not to go forward with the series, Margaret refunded me ALL of my deposit. She didn't have to do that, I was perfectly happy to pay her a fee. Kathleen and Margaret are truly wonderful. You won't regret working with them!
