How long do I leave my dog with you?
They have classes that you can do for 8 weeks for 1 hour. Or you can opt to do their 3 week training retreat, where you drop the dog off for the full 3 weeks. You are allowed to come back once a week for 1 hour while they are there, so that you can be incorporated into the training.

A special shout out to Karly, Senior Trainer Nya was assigned to. She was fantastic. She really listened to where we were having the most trouble, gave us regular updates with photos and videos and was super responsive to our questions.
I can’t say enough about Hunter Canine. Worth every penny!

We worked with Violet with two of our dogs. Very professional and trained our dogs to a level far higher than we had hoped. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone who needs to address dog behaviors. It has been transformative.

Violet at Hunter Canine is amazing! Through their Board and Train Off Leash Program, she transformed our two 5 month old German Shepherd puppies, Charlie and Taylor, with her effective and proven training methods. Charlie and Taylor are now focused and obedient, they do very well in responding to commands both on and off leash and she has helped us in eliminating some of the behavior problems we were having problems with such as counter surfing and jumping on guests when greeting. Violet’s deep understanding of canine behavior and her tailored approach made a huge difference. She also trained us as owners very well to maintain the training instilled in our dogs. We’re grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her and Hunter Canine to anyone seeking a skilled and caring dog trainer in a remarkable facility. Thank you, Violet and Hunter Canine!

Kylo went for the 4 week off leash training retreat and I couldn’t be happier. Violet did an amazing job working with Kylo on all the issues we discussed. After being home a week, I have seen a huge difference in his behavior around other dogs and small children. We work every day on the skills Hunter Canine has equipped us with.
