I have worked with one on one trainers for my dogs before but it had been 6 years since we had a puppy so I needed a refresher on training . Awful experience here. Staff is very unfriendly, you get reprimanded for using treats and when my dog growled the owner, she told me next time I need to smack him in the face. Would not recommend.
Walked in and got attitude from the moment I stepped in with my dog. Some owner looked at me and said “Yes?” I asked do you work here? “No” was her reply. Then I asked if anyone is here that works here? “No” was the reply again. Got it, so no one works here. Then she proceeds to tell me to leave with my leashed dog while hers is OFF leash. Listen up Karen, you don’t work here, right? Definitely better places than this one.
