Outstanding trainer. Nothing is better than an awesome partner duo to take care of my GSD. Sam and Matthew make a great team and look forward to working with my GSD and exploring all that he is capable of with their guidance.
Matt is very knowledgeable and accommodating. They are very responsive and happy to provide assistance and education to new and experienced dog owners. They’ve even offered to help arrange for the purchase and training of a service animal for a friend of mine, well above and beyond my expectations. Absolutely recommend Hurricane Creek (I could go on for days, but - just give them a call already!)

Matt and Sam are definitely dog lovers. I have known Matt for several years and have recently had the pleasure of getting to know Sam. I can tell you that Matt definitely knows dogs, and I know this first hand because he and I are both Police K9 handlers at the same police department. I was a new handler with a new dog and he has shown me techniques and training methods that have helped me and my K9 partner to be successful. I can remember when HCK9 was just a thought in the minds of Matt and Sam and how driven they were to start this business. They are extremely passionate but more importantly they are very knowledgeable when it comes to training dogs. I have visited HCK9 multiple times and it is awesome to watch Matt and Sam work with the dogs. Their love for dogs also shows in the fact they have driven across multiple states to either get a dog from a rescue or to take a dog they had rescued to deliver it to its new forever home…just to ensure the dog had a second chance at life.
