We invested in the board & train program for our dog, and I can confidently say it was worth every penny. From the moment she came home, the difference was undeniable. She was noticeably more clear-minded, able to settle much more easily, and overall just seemed more at peace. The biggest transformation, though, was her confidence. It’s truly been a game changer for her and for us as owners. She came back feeling like a whole new dog—in the best way possible—while still being her sweet, familiar self. I’m incredibly grateful for the staff and the level of care they gave her during her time there. It’s clear they genuinely love the dogs they work with, and that makes all the difference. It took me a few months to finally write this review because the experience was deeply upsetting. My two dogs stayed at this facility for two‑weeks. Before we signed up, communication was excellent. Once they had our dogs, communication dropped to almost nothing. I only heard from them twice, and only because I reached out first. Each time, I was told both dogs were “perfectly fine.” When we arrived to pick them up, I was shocked. One of my dogs was so thin that his ribs were visible. They returned more than half of his food, which told me he had barely eaten. This is a dog who never refuses food unless he is stressed, crated for long periods, or not receiving attention. None of which should ever happen in any environment, such as boarding and other training facility. When I asked, “Why is he so skinny? How did he do?” the person who brought him out said she didn’t know. I asked another staff member, and he said, “I think he did good.” That was the entire explanation. No accountability, no concern, no real answer. It was unbelievable. I wanted to speak with a manager to understand why we were never informed and why no one tried to address his lack of eating. But my husband was so disturbed by our dog’s condition that we decided to take them home immediately and focus on getting him healthy again. At that point, complaining felt pointless.The damage was already done, and nothing could undo the neglect he experienced. This was the worst service experience we’ve ever had. I normally leave positive reviews to support local businesses, but this time, I cannot.

I would highly recommend this place. We were ready to give our dog back where we adopted her. She was a fearful aggressive dog. And we couldn’t have anybody over because of her aggressions.. Their training is four weeks or more, our dog was there for almost 2 1/2 months. You are charged one flat fee no matter how long your dog is there. They wanted to make sure she was ready to come home and be a better dog. I can’t believe the difference in her. Oliver, her Trainer, was the best. They even have have a Groomer, that will come out and make sure your dog will work with a Groomer. My dog bit two groomers before taking her there. Oliver even came to our house last week because I wanted to make sure I was following through with the training. We can go back anytime and have refresh your courses, and they also have training that we can take her to any time. It’s definitely worth every penny.
