IBK9 is fantastic! We tried several trainers before connecting with them earlier this year. We enrolled our new lab puppy in their puppy start classes in January, and her progress has been impressive. Jason not only trained her effectively but also taught me a lot about handling my dogs. Seeing how much our puppy progressed, we decided to enroll our 4-year-old lab, who struggles with major impulse control, in their classes too. While we're not finished yet, the difference in her behavior is remarkable. We had a lot of troubles with pulling and walking and major issues with ball obsessions, but through the training Bella has significantly improved and we couldn’t be happier with her progress. Julie's work with Bella has been outstanding. I am extremely grateful for the entire IBK9 team, including Kristen who has been nothing but amazing in answering my endless questions and requests. I.B.K9 continues to blow my expectations out of the water!!! My little dog, Opal, is learning so much, and I will forever be grateful for the training I am receiving alongside her. The trainers are knowledgeable, logical, and kind in their interaction with both of us. I've been overjoyed with their philosophy of patience and consistency with my beloved puppy. I am extremely happy with my choice of dog training facilities. Best decision ever made!!

I meant to write this review a month ago when my lil gal completed her hybrid board and train, but I am so glad I waited because I have so many more wonderful things to say. I put my 14 week old doberman puppy in the program after speaking to Kristen extensively about the benefits. I was incredibly apprehensive, I mean trusting my pup to be out of my care for 3 nights a week pulled at my mama heart strings, but I trusted in the process and amazing things happened. My girl came home every week training with Jeremy with a growing sense of confidence. Her obedience improved weekly but the biggest benefit I still see today is the effect early socialization had on her overall temperament. She is just very balanced. After she completed board and train is where IBK9s commitment to their dogs REALLY impressed me. I was having trouble with leash pulling. The team was readily available to assess the problem offering solutions and guidance. Having ALL the trainers as a resource has made training/raising my puppy a totally different experience than in the past. I feel as though I have the support to do the best by my pup and have realized …it is actually ME that has needed the most training. I recommend IBK9 without an ounce of hesitation. Shout out to I.B.K9 and especially Julie who has worked with two of our dogs in a Board and Train situation at IBK9.We wanted to be able to enjoy our dogs in public and Apollo our Dane had become very dog reactive due to being attacked a couple of times. Stormy is a pup and needed a strong foundation and Julie and the team at IBK9 were able to give her that. Apollo would become stressed at dogs and other animals on TV and in public and he has been cured. The life long connection with this organization through group sessions and meet ups will be awesome. Highly recommend

My cattle dog, Eevee, completed her board and train with Julie a few weeks ago. She had subtle resource guarding tendencies and food aggressiveness that was leading her to attack and injure and older, submissive dog in the household. Since being back, Eevee has been more level headed, doesn't try to bother the older dog as much, and has better impulse control. She's just an overall better member of the family and I'm not having to spend every day micromanaging her actions and making sure she's not going to cause any problems.
