FirstBarkKat has been training our Belgian Malinois, and more importantly us, for the past few months. I have seen a huge improvement since we started - Kat is patient with both dog and owner and truly knows her stuff. Belgian Mals are a stubborn, working breed that not everyone can work with and Kat has been amazing. Do the work that Kat sets out for you and you will have a happier dog.

Kat has been amazing for our 1 1/2 year old, very hyper and anxious Golden Retriever, Jetty. Over just a handful of training sessions, I have noticed great improvement with Jetty and she is not only teaching him skills, but me as well. Kat is patient and friendly and really knows what she is doing.
Kathryn is a very talented and knowledgeable trainer. She has a wonderful personality and a true love for animals. She gives great guidance in training and I'm amazed how quickly my dogs respond to her instruction. We've had a few visits with her and I'm so happy with our progress.

We began working with her before we picked up our puppy and its safe to say we've learned just as much if not more than the pup has. Kat has adjusted and customized each training session as development progresses and thoroughly explains the why and the how behind each technique that helps shape our pups behavior -- not to mention all backed by science based research! It was important that we get the right trainer for the breed and for us, especially since the breed we chose will be well over 100+ lbs, strong headed and can be overly protective -- Kat was perfect from the start and we are so appreciative of all her help!
