With some of the most competitive pricing available, our reward based training is done without the stress of sending your dog off to a board and train program. Specializing in all ranges of cases, we teach owners and their dogs in-home, at our facility, or out in the real world. This allows owners to be part of every step of the process.

My dog made a ton of progress in the three week daily program and I learned a lot as well. The pick up and drop off service with Steven is really a lifesaver! Ben gave us homework and plenty of individual attention at the end of each week, and was patient with answering my questions. He followed up via text to check on us, and I felt like he truly cared deeply about our success. I’ve seen a major improvement in the skills I asked for help with, and the experience was so convenient because it was like sending my dog “to school” every day.

Working with Ben has been fantastic. His hands on approach was exactly what we needed to correct our dog’s problematic behaviors. Ben’s patience and expertise made a world of difference. Violet responded so well to his positive training methods. We came to Instinct Canine to help us with our 2 year old Great Pyrenees mix who was stubborn and showing signs of barrier aggression and resource guarding.
This program was perfect for us because we were worried about how boarding him would go with the barrier aggression.
Ben worked with him for 3 weeks. Picking him up each day, working with him for a few hours, and then dropping him back off to us. Ben ended each week with an individual lesson going over the progress from that week and the focus of next week.
He was professional every step of the way and tailored the program to our specific needs.

Ben was a pleasure to work with. We live in Greenwich, CT and have a large mixed breed that showed aggression to strange men (I.e. Amazon delivery men, pizza delivery, etc.). Ben really understood my dog and helped teach him to control himself and become a much more obedient dog. Would certainly recommend him to anyone having issues with their dog.
