Ben is patient and truly understands canine instinctual behavior- and works to shape them to be the best pups they can be. Highly recommend for long term behavior modification (3 week intensive) and for teaching skills and behaviors to pups and their pup parents for day-to-day necessities for urban families (leash walking, place and stay etc).
