Have started working with them to tune up my girl for a flight and have been soooo impressed by the team !! The follow through and importance and attention they have given me and my girl has been absolutely like no other !! This is true customer service and this is what any and all experiences should be like, I am a small business owner myself and hope I give the same experience. Now everything is in place the rest is up to my girl to get it done and see what she can do in this short time frame I have given her to perform. Kaysha Rogers-Schuler is absolutely gifted and hands down a miracle worker. At my vet’s recommendation, I contacted Instinct to help my pup with impulse control, resource guarding, and basic skills around babies and children. It was immediately apparent that Kaysha is a pro - she’s wonderful with my two dogs (puppy and adult dog both adore her) and in about a month of home schooling, she’s taught my pups and me the skills needed to have puppies get along well, share, greet others calmly and behave on walks. Guests at my house comment on how much calmer and better behaved my 1 year old puppy has become in only a matter of weeks. What has been especially invaluable to me has been Kaysha’s expertise at preparing pups (& pup parents) to avoid issues interacting with young children. She thinks of everything - from how to acclimate puppies to sounds of babies crying, to learning to drop/leave tempting items like baby socks, and how to behave when a person is holding an infant. If you are wondering about how to introduce a baby or new family member to your dog, Kaysha is your person! My whole family and I are so grateful to Kaysha - as a result of her training, my pups are calmer, happier, and more adaptable to new situations. Her joy and care for dogs is evident, and I love seeing how happy my pups are when they see her. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
