Iron Sharp K9

Came all the way from Los Angeles to get help with boosting my dog’s confidence and help him grow. Before he came here he was very unsure about letting people touch him and he did need some polishing on his obedience. After spending 3 weeks here he was able to let people pet him and give him treats. His obedience training has allowed him to focus better in distracting environments and his heel is perfect now.

I highly recommend Iron Sharp K9!! I brought my new rescue pup in for training to help build her confidence in new environments. We decided to go with the board and train option because I live pretty far away and Stan was wonderful about sending me video updates almost daily! (This communication was very important to me after working with other professional trainers.) Watching my dog's transformation from day to day was incredible! Not only did she learn the basic commands, she went from being shy and timid to being excited to learn and work! Since bringing her home, we've been following Stan's instructions - it's been so much easier getting her to work past her fears on walks and new locations and she continues to improve every day. It's also been much easier to teach her to do fun tricks! Overall, she just seems like a much happier and more confident dog than she was before training at Iron Sharp K9. Thank you, Stan!!

Stan is amazing! I did private sessions with my 6 month old shepherd. Not only did the pup learn a lot, so did I. The reason why my pup was acting and the proper way to correct it. We learned everyday commands that help when we are both inside and out in public. The following day after working on walking on a leash and the heel command, I was stopped and asked how I taught my dog leash manners. I gave them Stan’s information right away.
