Julia is an excellent and compassionate dog trainer. I utilized her services to select a dog breed and then train my very active and strong-willed puppy. She met all of my goals with Beau and taught me so much about puppies and dogs which increased the likelihood of long term success with Beau. She really listens to the owner and cares about the owners needs in regards to their dog and has an extensive knowledge on all dog breeds. Julia helped me choose the dog breed that would fit into my lifestyle and our families personality. Her training techniques corrected all of my puppies issues and her guidance to me was exceptional. Beau is so well mannered, travels well, obedient, capable of being walked without a leash and pure joy for our family. Julia's passion for her profession, puppies, dogs and her clients is unmatched in my experience. We are so thankful to her and have had so many delightful, stress-free and wonderful years with Beau because of Julia. You will not regret choosing Julia as your dog trainer.

Where do I begin. My husband and I were on a wait list for a german short haired pointer puppy for half a year before we got to get our little Georgia. When we got her home at 7 weeks (!) the first thing we did was look for the best trainer available to help us make her be the best citizen she could be. This was especially important to us because we needed a dog that could deal with being in a city apartment as well as a suburban enviorment. And let's not forget, our pup is a GSP! We were obsessed with the idea of having an "off leash" dog that we could properly exercise both in the country and city. #1 we found Julia. #2. She came to our home, loved our itty bitty little girl. #3 We did the puppy program. I literally looked forward to this every single week. Georgia learned all the basics (including how to do stairs!) and by 8 1/2 weeks, she was already sitting and knew down. #4 we dropped Georgia off with Julia to be finished in her training. (Side note: Once you meet Julia, you won't just look forward to your puppy classes, you will want to be friends with Julia too. She's that awesome). We did the full puppy program with Julia and then went on to do her off Leash program and Georgia is bullet proof. We can bring her to open green spaces in the city and let her off leash to play ball and she is fully off leash trained with her ecollar. We are so grateful. I only wish Julia was still local so I could do advanced obedience training with her. My husband and I are so lucky we found Julia. NC is lucky. (And if you have a hunting dog, even more the reason to call Julia ASAP. she truly gets the breads and their mentality. Such a blessing).

Julia worked with our dog, Max, for a couple days and he was a completely different dog! Whenever I have a question about Max, Julia is the first person I call and she not only gives me the best advice but her range of knowledge never ceases to amaze me. She is passionate about her work and it shows. Getting your dog trained by Julia will be the best decision you could make for you and your pet!
