Took Benny in to get groomed they were very professional from the initial phone call, sent me over information on their grooming policies. Made the appointment, spent time at drop off going over my expectations. Lynzi worked with with him he is a very timid Dog so I did not know how he would react and she had no issues with him. Got him groomed in an acceptable amount of time. Looking forward to seeing them again in the further with Benny and his Dog Siblings.
