Jet Set University

I can’t begin to express how grateful and satisfied I am with my experience with Jet Set U. We rescued a 1.5 year old border collie mix, Cookie Dough, a few months ago. She is a very good dog but was not familiar with any commands, her name, walking on heel, etc. It was difficult separating from her for a few weeks but it was so worth it. Yes, you need to keep up with the training after the training is complete but all of the basics and the ground work is there. The trainers (Lilli in particular) are very attentive and go above and beyond anything you could expect. I’m very grateful!

We are so very happy with the training our dog, Willa, recieved at Jet Set University. She was so eager to learn, but proved to have a stubborn streak. Chantel (sorry if I spelled it wrong!) clearly loves being with her students and being a trainer. When we returned to have our after training sessions, Willa was always excited to see her. We have been able to travel with Willa, go out to dinner, walk her with confidence that she will listen and stay with us. If we need her out from an area, we simply put her in place and know that she will stay there until released. We would highly recommend this training to anyone and love the lifetime guarantee to have Will, and us!, retrained/refreshed as needed.

My experience with Jet Set University was outstanding from start to finish. Before training, Ollie was an anxious, reactive dog with inconsistent recall. While she has always been a wonderful companion, we wanted to help her become more confident and better equipped to handle everyday distractions. The transformation has been remarkable. Ollie is noticeably calmer in situations that previously would have overwhelmed her. She responds reliably to commands, consistently checks in with me during walks, and is much more focused and confident in a variety of environments. One of the biggest indicators of her progress came during a recent A/C maintenance appointment. I was able to have Ollie remain in a place command for over 30 minutes while the technician worked throughout our home. She stayed calm, didn’t jump, and resisted the urge to greet or seek attention from the technician—something that would have been very difficult for her before training. Lilli was an exceptional trainer. She was knowledgeable, attentive, proactive, and genuinely invested in Ollie’s success. She kept me informed throughout the process and remained readily available to answer questions and help work through any challenges once Ollie returned home. I highly recommend Jet Set University to anyone looking to build a stronger relationship with their dog while helping them become more confident, balanced, and well-behaved. Thank you, Lilli, for taking such wonderful care of Ollie and helping an already great dog become an even better companion.

We can’t thank Shantel and the whole team at Jet Set University enough! Our rescue pup came to us incredibly fearful, anxious, and leash reactive. Walks and going out in public were honestly a nightmare and stressful for everyone involved. The transformation has been amazing to watch.
