I’m incredibly grateful for this training facility and the support they’ve given me and my dog. We came in with reactivity concerns, and from the very beginning the trainers made me feel heard, supported, and never judged. They took the time to truly understand my dog, explain what was going on, and guide me through the process with patience and honesty. What meant the most to me was learning how to help my dog — how to read her body language, respond early, and build calm confidence instead of fear or frustration. I’ve seen real, meaningful changes in her focus, engagement, and ability to stay neutral around other dogs, which has made our everyday life together so much less stressful. The trainers genuinely care, not just about results, but about the relationship between dog and owner. Knowing that all the dogs are trained with the same structure and communication has also been incredibly reassuring. I feel more confident, more educated, and much more connected to my dog because of this experience. I can’t recommend this facility enough to anyone dealing with reactivity or feeling overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. This training truly made a difference for us❤️

Jet Set Pets is phenomenal! Chanin trained Archie my Australian Shepherd 7 years ago! Best dog ever! Now we just used them again for our Golden Retriever, Ripken, and Shantel did an amazing job with him! Lightening struck twice! 2 amazingly trained pups! They are so incredibly knowledgeable and patient with both the dogs and myself!!! Can’t recommend enough! It is so worth the investment to have a trained dog!

I want to take this opportunity to thank the team at Jet Set University for its amazing impact on our dogs… on our lives. We’d been to Star Puppy and other dog training classes before, but JSU made the difference in bringing calm, joy and fun back to our home. We sent our first golden Walker there a few years ago. He had some reactive issues to big dogs which made it difficult to walk without a lot of drama. After his time at JSU, walking became so much easier. A couple of years later, we decided Walker needed a littler sister. She is a crazy, non-stop puppy. She remains a crazy, non-stop puppy -- unless I direct her to settle down. Now she's settles down on command. That's what I really appreciate about Jet Set University and their amazing trainer Shantel. Shantel taught us how to communicate effectively with our pups while keeping the happy bond between us. Thank you, Shantel. Thank you JSU.
