FirstBarkI took my first golden retriever, Copper, to their old location on Edgewood about 5-6 years ago. They did a wonderful job. My 2nd golden retriever, Penny, just graduated yesterday! Thank you guys so much! Alexis did a great job. Penny and I learned A LOT!

Our experience at John K9 has been transformative. Our puppy’s trainer Ashtin has been an instrumental part of his growth and development into such a good boy. He loves going to doggy daycare there as well as the boarding. We trust Ashtin and the other training staff implicitly.
Definitely recommend had both of my dogs go here & they are absolutely wonderful! Customer service is amazing!! Updates for board & train are great you always know what’s going on never left in the dark!!
We had the best experience at John K9. Alexis was the trainer for my stubborn girl. She was the absolute best!! My girl came out of training a completely different dog. She is so much calmer and listens so well! Can't recommend John K9 enough!!

When I brought my 2 yr old Cane Corso to John K9 I was extremely anxious because of his possessive, aggressive, and reactive behavior. I could not take him for a walk safely without fear he would bite someone or another animal. We were limited to the house and even then having visitors was sometimes a concern. Chuck was amazing! I knew I had become anxious because of how my boy’s behavior was but I did not realize how my anxiety was escalating the issue. Chuck showed me how to modify my actions so that Bane stopped trying to guard and protect me but instead had trust that things were safe. Over 10 weeks it went from Bane being in a muzzle and reactive to off leash and walking at my side in public places. I understand my dogs real limitations and know better actions to take. I am beyond grateful for Chuck’s help and I am so glad I went to John K9.
