I have been taking agility classes with Alicia for 3 years with two different dogs. She is a fun and supportive teacher, and prioritizes safety, the well-being of the dogs, and a positive human-animal relationship over wins and titles. I love Alicia's approach to dog training and life!

I have been training with Alicia for several years. It's easy to find a trainer who works with motivated, fast dogs. It's hard to find someone with the patience, knowledge and desire to work the the unmotivated, unfocused and more difficult dogs. Alicia is excellent with all dogs. I've trained my motivated, easy to work dog with her and now have two more difficult dogs. She gives everyone the same amount of attention and has wonderful ideas to help my unfocused dog. I have seen a lot of progress in his ability to focus and stay on task. She has also helped me with my high strung reactive dog. I am able to walk him in parks and we are working on helping him relax in preparation for being able to show him. Alicia is an excellent trainer and I feel lucky to have found her. And I love being able to have the wonderful indoor training site with the excellent flooring!! It's super

I have been training my dog with Journey Agility for several years now. The owner, Alicia Nicholas, is very knowledgeable about dog training and specifically agility dog training. She is a great instructor and responsive to the needs of both clients and their dogs to try and make a great experience for the team. The new facility on Speedway is awesome! The flooring is comfortable for both humans and dogs to run on and the dogs don’t slip like they do on some other surfaces. And the air conditioning is the best!
