Kasey is an amazing dog trainer, I am so lucky to have found her! I worked with her for a year to help my Havanese/Poodle mix learn the basics of task training, and getting comfortable in crowded public settings/public access. He has learned so much and I have a helpful companion-- all thanks to Kasey's help! Kasey is both up-to-date on latest training techniques and dog behavioral science, and is incredibly intuitive to the needs of the dog. She has a positive, affirming, and supportive style, which is gentle but incredibly effective-- and better than any other trainer I've worked with. With her guidance I was able to bring my dog to a higher level of training, confidence, and comfort, and I feel confident working as a team with my dog. My dog, Charles, and I have done a lot of training so he could become a therapy dog. I was struggling with his stubbornness and the occasional "tantrums" that he would throw on walks. We did 6 private lessons with Kasey and we both learned so much! She helped me better understand him and gave me some strategies to pull him out of those moments. Kasey was so helpful to us and Charles absolutely loved her. Using positive training methods was important to me, which is why I went to Kasey. I love that she's not just training dogs - she's training owners too. I appreciated her professionalism and knowledge - she clearly knows what she's doing! Charles and I highly recommend her!

I met Kasey in 2016 when I was looking to train my dog Bonnie as my Service Dog. Although Bonnie was always the oldest in all of our group training sessions. Typically Service Dogs are trained as puppies, it didn’t stop Kasey from training Bonnie and myself from the very beginning with completing our three CGC (Canine Good Citizenship) platforms. Kasey is very patient with teaching me the basic fundamentals to the in depth training that went into training for Service Dog. Kasey took us out in public to earn our Public Access with showing us how to interact with people, other dogs, different transportation situations and to navigate through stores etc. We also dabbled in some Rally and also Bonnie completed all of her AKC Trick Dog before completing our Service Dog Training. As Bonnie and I go through our days we use every aspect of our training that Kasey brought to our training sessions from private to group classes. I know if I ever have any questions or if a situation came up I could get in touch with Kasey and she would either help me over the phone or we could meet. My education with my Service Dog has been the most exciting and life changing experience I have ever had with Kasey. Bonnie and I continue to grow each and every day because of the training we have received from Kasey. I also have a 1 1/2 Lab and with the training I received by Kasey I have able to train our new family dog. Bonnie and I worked with Kasey for two and a half years. Thank you Kasey for changing my life as I couldn’t have asked for the absolute best Service Dog and the training that serves me everyday and for that I am truly grateful.
