Although it’s hard to be away from your dog during the training time, the results are amazing. I would 100 percent recommend JRK9 Training to everyone that needs help training their dogs!! They care about your dog immensely and want you and your dog to succeed in your goals!

To be honest, I really don’t think they trained my dog during the two week board and train program. My dog came back with no signs of being trained, she doesn’t know how to sit, she doesn’t know how to stay, she doesn’t know how to heal, she doesn’t know what no is, she’s still not leash trained. Nothing! I really don’t think they did anything at all except take my money. I’m supposed to schedule training after the two week board and train and I really don’t see the point seeing hows I truly do not feel they did anything during her time with them. Even when I picked my dog up, they refused to show me what she had learned during her time with them. Which to me is proof that they did nothing at all except take my money. I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest board and train program. I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for honesty and integrity. Do not allow them to just take your money! Trust me, go somewhere else. There are other places that when you pick up your dog, they will demonstrate to you what your dog has learned. This place will not do it, because they are not training your dog. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
And to JRK9, yes, I have the right company. I am not mistakingly reviewing the wrong company. This is owned by a husband and wife, and you are located in Corinth, Texas. So no mistakes on my part. Enjoy being unethical to people who have not experienced your so-called dog training program.

JRK9 has made being first time dog parents SO much better! No amount of training videos and puppy blogs prepared us for training the way JRK9 did. From the initial puppy consultation, to the 3 week board and train, and now the follow up one on one sessions, we have had incredible support from the team. It is so important to us that Luka, our ginormous German Shepherd, be well trained, but also that we truly understand the proper way to communicate and teach him along the way. Joe and Rebecca have shown us such patience (coming from a helicopter dog mom) and professionalism. We can’t wait to keep working with them. A huge plus that they also board the dogs they’ve trained, Luka can’t get out of the car fast enough when we drop him off!
