K-9 Academy - Tulsa Dog Training

We brought our 5 mo. Old English Mastff to Dawn for help in training a well mannered giant breed dog. We were skeptical about puppy boot camps, but Sam was growing so big so fast and very strong and stubborn. I struggled to walk him on a leash, and didn't want a full grown 200 # bad mannered dog. We also have another senior lab, that was having trouble with his over exuberant behavior. We didn't want to lose his sweet puppy personality, but wanted better results than 6 weeks of clicker training and still unable to walk him on a leash. In 3 weeks he has had an amazing transformation. He loose leash walks well, sits, downs, and will stay for a short time. We are continuing to work with him, and are so pleased! She has been the best mix of firm and a dog lover, helpful and very committed to good outcomes! So very glad we chose to utilize her services.

I cannot thank Dawn enough for the training of my little one. She had my Macy (the most stubborn 3 pound yorkie you've ever seen) for three weeks in June. She went to K9 Academy not fully potty trained, running wild whenever a door would open, and making mess after mess in my house. She has done wonderful with potty training... We have not had one accident since she has been home! She can now walk off leash and stay by my side without running (I keep her on leash when not on our property for her safety) She no longer bolts out the door! In fact, she comes when she is called! She is fantastic at sit, stay, down, and we are even working on roll over! She is still not treat motivated and only responds to cuddles and loves. She is a whole new dog! I am so grateful for you and all that you did! You are so wonderful and I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know!
