Innovative, efficient, and driven!! I have had the amazing opportunity to learn and develop K9 handling skills from K-9 Defense since 2023. They are highly knowledgeable and are always looking to improve even as they teach others! K-9 Karma (Lady) has been a huge asset to my Agency and I owe it entirely to K-9 Defense! I recommend this fantastic business to anyone wanting and willing to put forth the time and effort in their dog as they will!

I can say that without a doubt, K9 Defense is one of the best, if not the best training company out there! You do not have to be in law enforcement to teach law enforcement. The common misconception in the law enforcement K9 world is that civilians do not have what it takes to train law enforcement and that is the furthest from the truth. The beauty of K9 Defense is that you get the best of both worlds. Wes Zygmont and George Daniolos transformed myself and my coworkers from old school compulsive handlers into modern handlers that mold our operant K9 partners. I am honored to have trained under them, and they have my full buy in. What takes some 4 months to accomplish, myself and other classmates accomplished in 8 weeks because of this training. I do not work for this company and do not receive monetary gain for speaking highly of them. K9defense is by far one of the best dog training facilities in the country. There are not enough words in my vocabulary to articulate how much I appreciate K9 Defense. From the start, everyone was so kind, and clearly dedicated to helping dogs and their owners succeed. Special shoutout to Mallory—she has been amazing! She truly understands dogs, and her insights have been so helpful. She’s absolutely right…engagement is key! The improvements I’ve seen are remarkable! I’ve seen huge improvements in his obedience, confidence, and responsiveness, especially with commands we struggled with before. It’s amazing to see Knox so engaged and eager to learn! Mallory’s guidance has also equipped me with the skills and confidence to reinforce what he has learned at home. This experience has made such a difference—thank you for everything!
