K-9 Defense

Can’t thank K-9 Defense enough with all their help in training my dog! My dog has severe social anxiety, and through his training he has become much more confident and has learned how to cope in situations that are stressful for him. Mallory and team made sure to keep me involved in the training process by providing constant updates, being available to answer any questions, and fully understand how to handle my dog going forward. Since coming home from training, my dog has received numerous compliments on his improvements. I would definitely recommend K-9 Defense to anyone looking for help with their dog.

We came to K-9 Defense for the rehabilitation of our human-aggressive 2-year old Australian shepherd, Blue. Before K-9 Defense, we worked with other trainers without getting any results. We boarded Blue with K-9 Defense for 7 weeks and are still going through a few training sessions to learn the best way to handle Blue. Everyone in the K-9 Defense team is amazing, George, Wes, Chris, Mallory, and Faith, they are all focusing on what is right for the dog, its humans, and their team. A BIG thank you especially to Mallory who is training us patiently on top of getting amazing results with Blue. And thank you also for taking care of Blue while we are traveling! We know he is in the best environment possible and have peace of mind. We are strongly recommending K-9 Defense to anyone who wants to work on their dog aggression issues!

I am so happy we chose K9 Defense. I researched trainers for weeks before deciding to do an evaluation with them. Their training philosophy; teaching positively, building confidence, and understanding your dog and your relationship with them were all things we were impressed by. The entire staff is great and goes above and beyond. Our 9-month-old puppy spent six weeks here and it was worth every penny. They are truly a wealth of knowledge, not just with training but nutrition and all things dog. They care and it shows. We have continued working with them and are very impressed. Mallory always has tips that help me better communicate with my dogs and solves behaviors not just for our dog that went here, but for our other dogs at home. Thanks to them our energetic working line GSD puppy is a fantastic happy family member. We only wish we had found them sooner!
