Highly disappointed with our service! We live in an apartment complex where this company is hired to search for bed bugs. We have a 1 year old GS named Kyro who is smart & somewhat obedient but, is high strung and could use a bit of training. A man who works for this company seen our dog being walked by my boyfriend at our apartment complex one day & suggested this dog training class for him. Said he’d come back a completely different dog. We looked into the service & decided to go ahead with it hoping it’d fix his obedience a bit since we have a 6 month old baby at home. 2 weeks & $500 later we pick him up & the only thing he was taught was to sit & go down (which he already knew). He does not stay on command, he was taught no hand commands as was stated, he was not taught to heal (my boyfriend even asked the trainer when picking him up about it, & his response was “I didn’t work on it with him but, it’s something you could work on with him & I’m sure he’d pick it up”)! Like seriously? That’s what we paid you $500 for! I’m currently a stay at home mom with a 6 month old who underwent open heart surgery just 5 months ago. This truly wasn’t something we could afford but, we went ahead with it anyways. We could’ve sent him to a $100 training class at petsmart & got the same thing. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone.
